I’m Kristine! Called to Wholeness started as a way to share everything about Functional Medicine- the root cause approach to healing-and how it affects our wellbeing. Throughout the healing and learning journey, I have experienced the power of the 5 Pillars of Health, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that the mind, body and spirit- when rebalanced and aligned can lead to many amazing results. The power of true health and wellness are in your hands and can lead to great transformations- if you want to!

Overcoming chronic symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, depression, weight gain, acid reflux, bloating, abnormal bowel movements, and so and so forth are not easy. Building the healthy habit and lifestyle to combat these is like climbing a steep mountain and falling back down again- feeling frustrated and hopeless.

In effect, I was diagnosed with SVT and my stomach started acting up and had major food intolerance and imbalance. I lost almost 15lbs during a year's time.     “Before I met Kristine, I was very tired and lethargic that I’m scared I might just collapse anytime because of dizziness. My body would also easily react to foods that I used to love and eat like spaghetti, palabok, spicy foods and peanut butter. I would bloat very fast and most of the time, constipated. When I’m hungry, I eat but I cannot eat more because I feel like vomiting.

    My goal was just to eat well, stay healthy and can walk a bit without feeling dizzy and wanting to faint. I also wanted to increase my energy and sleep better. Coaching with Kristine helped all these and much more. She helped me understand and identify my food reactions and was patient to answer my questions and listen to my stories.

    My MSQ score went down to 45 from 98! Aside from the coaching sessions, the supplements she suggested also helped a lot. I don’t feel dizzy anymore and I’m even able to do light workouts. Before, I would deeply rely on coffee for energy. Now, even without coffee, I feel more energized that I’m surprised I can do more tasks and have better focus, and sometimes too much that I get excited for the next day and unable to sleep early, hehe!
