I’m Kristine! Called to Wholeness started as a way to share everything about Functional Medicine- the root cause approach to healing-and how it affects our wellbeing. Throughout the healing and learning journey, I have experienced the power of the 5 Pillars of Health, Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe that the mind, body and spirit- when rebalanced and aligned can lead to many amazing results. The power of true health and wellness are in your hands and can lead to great transformations- if you want to!
Overcoming chronic symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, anxiety, depression, weight gain, acid reflux, bloating, abnormal bowel movements, and so and so forth are not easy. Building the healthy habit and lifestyle to combat these is like climbing a steep mountain and falling back down again- feeling frustrated and hopeless.
